2012 Houston Area Honda Civic: Honda’s popular Civic is redesigned for 2012 with a new mesh grille, as well as updated headlight and taillights, front fascia, and rear deck. 2012 Houston Area Honda Insight: The Honda Insight is a hybrid sedan with an emphasis on performance. It’s a reliable four-door hatchback that’s less expensive than competitors like the Prius. The Insight is available in three models: Base, LX, and EX. The 2012 Honda Insight is powered by a 1.3-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine and an electric motor paired with a nickel-metal hydride battery pack. The gas engine produces 88 horsepower and 88 lb.-ft. of torque, while the electric motor contributes 13 horsepower and 58 lb.-ft. of torque.
